How should the parties be notified of the report of the reporting counselor and the comments of the Government Commissioner? Can they submit their remarks thereto prior to the issuance of the decision?

The Magistrate designated by the President of the court shall, after making the necessary investigations, draw up his report and shall send it together with the file to the Government Commissioner who will write down his comments approving or contesting it totally or partially.

The parties shall then be asked to peruse the report and the comments through a notice in the Official Gazette in order not to obstruct the notifications. The parties shall have the right to submit their written remarks on the report and the comments within a period of one month from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
