What are the fees to be paid upon submitting the petition?

Fees to be submitted upon submission of the petition are of three kinds:
- The judicial fees, which are of two kinds, a lump sum fee of Fifty Thousand L.L. in petitions for annulment and a proportional fee of 2.5% of the amount claimed in indemnity claims, half of which is payable on submission of the petition and the other half upon issuance of the court decision.

- The other two kinds of fees are the fees of the Bar Association and those of the Magistrates’ Provident Fund, computed by a percentage of the judicial fees.

To the above fees, shall be added: a petition registration fee, a stamp duty on the documents attached to the petition, a fee for summoning the parties to the litigation, notification fees and a fee for each true copy requested by the concerned party.
