15- Is it possible to obtain the decisions rendered by the Council?
Unless otherwise provided in the law, upon issuance of the judicial decision, it is possible for any person to obtain a copy thereof.
To this effect, the person willing to obtain such a copy has to follow one of these two means: the first consists in submitting an application to the Council’s office and payment of the required fee (which is insignificant).
The second, to take knowledge of the most important decisions of the Council in the Administrative Judicial Review issued by the said Council publishing its main decisions in the various domains. |
