Are decisions of the State Consultative Council subject to appeal before any other authority?

Decisions of the Council are not subject to any appeal before any other authority since the Council is the Supreme Administrative Court.

Contesting, by any means whatsoever, the decisions before the Council itself is not allowed except:
- Opposition (if the decision is given in absentia).
- Third party opposition (should the decision cause prejudice to a person who has not been represented in the lawsuit).
- Retrial (in limited cases namely when the decision did not observe, in the investigation and judgment, the fundamental procedures imposed by law).
- This in addition to the request of correcting a material error occurring in the decision, and the request of interpretation of the decision, or in its enacting disposition, is obscure or ambiguous in such a manner as to obstruct its implementation.
